Fees, Payments & Cancellation Policy:

Rally Package
A deposit of $100USD submitted along with your Rally Application Form by May 15, 2009 will hold your reservation with your final payment due by July 1, 2009.

Late Fee - Payments mailed after June 25, 2009 will be accepted through July 31, 2009 only with the $75USD Late Fee added to the total amount due.

Payments & Cancellation Policy:

  • A minimum of $100USD deposit is required with your application
  • Payment in full is required by July 1, 2009 to avoid late fee
  • A $75USD Late Fee is required for Payment in full received between July 1, 2009 and

      July 31, 2009

  • All Rally fees are due by July 31, 2009

BOCI is required to place several non-refundable deposits as events are scheduled, thus the
following Cancellation Policy applies:

  • Cancellation fee is $50USD
  • Cancellations after July 31, 2009 – No Refund
Application Terms:

I/We hereby submit this application to attend the BOCI Annual Rally & Business Meeting,
9/13 – 9/18/2009 to be held at the Garden of the Gods Campground, Colorado Springs, Co.

I/We agree to release BIGFOOT OWNERS CLUB INTERNATIONAL, its Directors and Officers from any liability or property damage claims arising from any travel to or from and during attendance at the above mentioned rally and business meeting, whether the 5-Night or 7-Night Package was selected or additional night(s) reservations were made through the Club.
