Cancellation Policy:

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION POLICIES

  1. $100.00 deposit is due with your application.
  2. Payment in full by 7/1//08, qualifies attendees for the free BOCI Early Payment Bonus which includes the Branson Belle Luncheon/Show Cruise and round trip coach transportation.
  3. After July 1st. Cruise package tickets cost $75 per person.
  4. All Rally fees are due by 8/1/08

BOCI IS REQUIRED TO PLACE SEVERAL NON-REFUNDABLE PERFORMANCE DEPOSITS AS EVENTS ARE SCHEDULED, THUS THE FOLLOWING CANCELLATION POLICIES DO APPLY:

  1. The Cancellation Fee is $25
  2. There are no refunds after 8/1/08
  3. Final date for application submission is 8/1/08, assuming the rally has not sold out before that date
Application Terms:

I/We hereby submit application to attend the 2008 BOCI Annual Rally/Business Meeting, 9/14 - 9/19/08 to be held at America’s Best Campground, Branson MO.

I/We agree to release The Bigfoot Owners Club International, it’s Directors and Officers from any liability or property damage claims arising from my travel to or from and attendance at the above rally/business meeting .
