Annual Rally and Business Meeting

Come and join your fellow BOCI friends, and make some new ones, at our 6th Annual Rally & Business Meeting at the beautiful Garden of the Gods Campground in Colorado Springs with the magic of the Rocky Mountains all around. We'll be exploring the Garden of the Gods Park and the United States Air Force Academy in addition to other activities such as technical presentations, rig tours, social time, our ever-popular Serendipity Pot Luck, Gayle's Famous Dog Show, Games Night, free time and more. And don't forget to bring an item representing your home State or City for our ever popular raffle.

There are so many exciting activities, unique attractions and stunning natural wonders to enjoy during your free time. You may explore the magic of Colorado Springs, Pike's Peak, and Manitou Springs; go horseback riding through the Garden of the Gods; explore historic Cripple Creek and maybe even try your luck at the gaming tables; play golf; visit the Pro Rodeo Hall of Fame; or just relax - the choices are yours.

BOCI has reserved only 80 campsites for the Rally and there is a limited availability for early arrivals, so sign-up early!!!

The 5-Night package (9/13-9/18) includes your campsite with full hook-ups, 2 dinners, 5 breakfasts and a motor coach tour. Wi-Fi is available for an additional nominal cost. Limited sites have Cable hook-ups, and TV reception in the area is minimal.

The 7-Night package includes all items in the 5-Night package with the option of adding 2 nights before the rally or 2 nights after the rally or 1 night before and 1 night after the rally. The Garden of Gods Campground has generously offered our members a discounted price up to a week before or a week after the rally so we may enjoy the magic of the area. The additional daily discount rate is $28.45USD per rig per night. The weekly discount rate is $180.51USD per rig. Cost per additional person is $3USD per person per night for both the daily and weekly discount rates. Taxes are included for all rates.

Package Costs if Paid in Full by July 1, 2009:

5-Night Package 2 person/Rig = $410USD
5-Night Package 1 person/Rig = $265USD
5-Night Additional Person/Rig = $160USD (>6 years old)

7-Night Package 2 Person/Rig = $450USD
7-Night Package 1 Person/Rig = $305USD
7-Night Additional Person/Rig = $165USD (>6 years old)
A deposit of $100USD is required by May 15, 2009 along with your Rally Application Form in order to hold your reservation, AND your final payment is due by July 1, 2009. Any payments received between July 1, 2009 and July 31, 2009 will be accepted with an additional Late Fee of $75USD.

ALL PAYMENTS MUST BE RECEIVED BY JULY 31, 2009.

The Club will take care of your reservations for the 5-Night or 7-Night packages. If you are planning on an extended stay at the Garden of the Gods Campground either before or after the Rally, the Club will also take care of your reservations for the additional weekly reservations or the nightly reservations only if they are made with the 5 or 7 Night Rally Package Application AND with all applicable fees paid by the July 31, 2009 deadline.

For those making additional reservations before and/or after the rally dates, please be advised that relocation of your campsite may be necessary, although efforts will be made to avoid relocation of campsites.

Changes to Reservations:

Change requests may be made to Reservations before July 31, 2009 by contacting Mike Henley, Rally Coordinator at .(JavaScript must be enabled to view this email address).
Additional Nights or Week requests after July 31, 2009 must be made with the Garden of the Gods Campground Representative, Tara Aufrichtig at 719-475-9450 between 8am and 12pm Mountain Time Monday through Friday.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation fee is $50USD
Cancellations after July 31, 2009 - No Refund
