Proud winners of the Canada Olympic luge jacket
At the 2007 rally in Canada, where Antje and I became the proud winners of the Canada Olympic luge jacket, we promised, that we would make pictures of Canada's Olympic Park in Calgary and in particular of the luge track.
We live 3KM from this park and last week, when we drove through it, athletes were busy training at the luge track in -30C weather conditions. It is always more spectacular when the TV cameras are setup but our pictures, which were taken in December, get you behind the scene.
To our American friends, we hope you like the picture that shows "the Canada Jacket" on the #1 platform. We do hope this will be a familiar scene during the 2010 Winter Olympics in Vancouver Canada.
